Loyal Consumers

Every consumer packaged goods company can claim to have "loyal consumers". And it's kind of true.

But, it's a funny kind of loyalty. In reality, consumers almost always have a set of acceptable brands they like. If their preferred brand is out of stock? They'll buy another. If another acceptable brand is on sale? Bye-bye loyalty.

Why? Because they know that some brands are pretty much the same.

Our consumers are entirely different, because our brands are entirely different. Our consumers are loyal, because they know we give them something they can't get anywhere else.

We've earned our consumers loyalty by making quality products that have incredibly high satisfaction levels. Brands that meet important needs, both physical and emotional.

That's not "loyalty". That's LOYALTY. There's a difference.
